In my work with Fortune 500 companies as Director of Facilities Planning and Construction and Capital Planning Lead, I bring project planning and project management acumen, value engineering, and energy-saving expertise into fast-paced and highly communicative environments. I successfully deliver projects according to developed standards and specifications, spanning diverse multi-million dollar capital investment projects for industrial, institutional, office, retail, historical renovation, residential, and mixed-use projects.
As a due diligence expert and Owner's Representative, I am passionate about employing my expertise to create profitable deals for everyone involved.

As an experienced Project Management Director, Senior Project Manager, and Team Lead, I have a demonstrated history of working on high-profile projects including industrial, healthcare, corporate office fit-outs, multi-family residential/multi-housing retail centers, and educational facilities. As a strong program and sustainability professional skilled in LEED and PMI processes, I bring experience in developing business plans, managing teams, and overseeing client contracts with an eye on meeting budgets and schedules. I am currently focused on commercial and industrial real estate development projects in the oil and gas and aerospace industries across the East Coast. I am skilled in project management with an ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously from concept through design development, construction administration, and closeout.
